Publisher Obligations

• You must provide accurate information in your application
• You must comply with FTC guidelines regarding affiliate disclosures
• You must not engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive marketing practices
• You must not bid on branded keywords unless explicitly permitted by the program
• You are responsible for the content you publish promoting affiliate products

Commission and Payments

• Commission rates vary by program and are subject to change
• Payments are processed on the 1st of each month for the prior month
• Minimum payout threshold is $25
• We reserve the right to withhold commissions earned through fraudulent activity

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate publisher accounts at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Outstanding commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out within 30 days of termination.

Limitation of Liability

AIPartners is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Earnings estimates on this site are illustrative and not guaranteed.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
